I would like to know if what I plan to do with the copyright information in the footer is expressly forbidden or not.
With all the extensions I install some come with their own copyright info which displays in the footer, so it can get a little crowded.
I'd like to tidy it by displaying one link to "copyright info" which links to a page (in this case one created using the Pages extension) with all relevant copyright info listed. This page would be unrestricted, so you would not have to be logged in to view it.
I would not move the phpBB software or style copyright, but they would also be included at the top of the new page. The new page would have the name of the extension with links to each authors website as listed in the extension details in the ACP.
I'm quite particular with how I like to do things, but this is something I thought I'd ask about first. Apologies if this ought to have been posted in the Support forum.
