Did you read what you wrote?
7.2 support ends on November 2019
That’s the facts.
Security maintenance is not active support. It means all bugs will not be fixed even if they make the program unstable.
It is not recommended to be on unsupported versions.
Apparently you didn't read what I wrote. Security support is still support, and phpBB 7.2 will get supported until 30 Nov 2020 as I have stated. That is simply a fact. Here it states that for your reference once again:
A release that is supported for critical security issues only. Releases are only made on an as-needed basis.
I'm not denying other bugs will not get patched, nor did I state that they would be, because they won't. Stating that I am implying that is a poor attempt at trying to put words in my mouth. No one can deny that 30 Nov 2020 is the deadline for which PHP 7.2 support ends. I hope that clears up your confusion.
