Questions Regarding phpBB

Hi guys, I’m quite new into using phpBB.
I would like to ask if the following below are possible to be done as I’ve tried researching online but to no avail:

1. Administrator have to approve user’s avatar before it will be shown in the profile.

2. As I know that we can attach files in the forum, is there anyway where we can have a page on the frontend where everyone can view what files has been uploaded before?

You will need an extension for both of those requirements and as far as I can recall there is currently no extension available therefore you will need to request one in the Extension Requests forum or if you are desperate and willing to pay then as in the Wanted forum

Not a clean solution but a workaround is to set permission for changing profile to NO and informing the users that they have to mail the avatar to you for screening, and if acceptable you would change their profile.

If you make a "request" then there would be no cost - if post in "Wanted" that would be between you and the developer.
