Why would they need to close the forum to change the template? It would just be a case of installing it in the ACP and then changing it to the board default and forcing it on users, then on the next page load any users who are on the board would have the new template.

the forum was down for about 10 minutes for 'maintainance', the maintaince screen had images on it which were changing.

Then they must have shut it down up update to the latest cvs, but this does not mean you have to shut the board to change a template.

The area51 prosilver looks much more blue than this forum's prosilver.

Not that I'm complaining I actually like the blue coloring.

I actually like this prosilver more than the one on area51. That one seems to be too bright.

Also that ProSilver is 100% wide unlike this one which is like 70 or 80% wide I presume.... The Blue is promising and looks nice but I like this gray/Black one more.... :D

I think this one should be prosilver and the area51 style should be like problue or something.

its a shame the prosilver style does not have the 'next topic' & 'previous topic' links that subsilver has - they are useful.

This prosilver is fixed width of about 910 px.
It’s strange to refer to two different prosilvers as the same name.
Although, this one I call the phpBB.com prosilver.

There are some things I like and don’t like about the other prosilver as well, but they sure are easy to change.
I found some features that I grew to like in subSilver were not implemented in prosilver. :(
I’ll be adding those as well. :?

I'm not too sure about that. I know that I never used them, because I like to know exactly what topic I'm going to go in when clicking a link to it. I'm not sure it's entirely useful, and it's better this way, as there is less at the bottom of each topic, resulting in less clutter.
