mp4 attachment not playing embedded

Hello.

First of all, i'm new to phpBB.
Here's my problem.

I installed 3.2.1 on the server of my former hosting company and uploaded (via attachment) an mp4 file.
It worked flawless, playing embedded and possible to maximize etc.
Now i did the same (fresh) install on my new hosting company but it won't play.
Extension settings are ok. Flash is enabled.

Whats' the file size of the mp4?

It's 4,877 kB.
Max file size is set to 50 MB.

It seems i better use jwplayer.
I found this but don't know how to implement it: viewtopic.php?f=466&t=2343216
Which file do i have to edit: overall_header? where is it?
