In Joomla I can create an Override. Can I do it here the same way?

looks like OP means
changing microdata by overriding the existing data in the templates

may be related to SEO concepts
Microdata - Structured Data - rich Snippets - schema etc..

m. assuming what this poster means is usually non productive. he has a history of not making himself clear after many posts and requests for explanations.

best to wait it out to see what he actually is wanting to know.

In Joomla an overrite could be make to change, add something in the code without edit the core files.
That is a good way to keep files until an Update.

In phpBB, we use extensions to do that.
