Why vBulletin 3.x convert into phpBB? is there any error which can't solve using vBulletin?

This is not the place to discuss vBulletin vs. phpBB. People each have their own personal reasons for using one over the other. We are not here to judge those reasons. Any further discussion on this matter will be deleted.

What is the error message when attempting to login?

You can try the attached auth_vb3.php. Unzip and upload to your phpBB3 includes/auth folder.

still does not recognize the password, the message that tells me is that the password is incorrect.

I have the version: 3.8.6 from vBulletin.

"the password is incorrect" message means that the password has already been converted and that the incorrect password is being entered or for some reason, the password is not being identified as needing to be converted.

Look in the database at the phpbb_users table and find that user.
What is the user_pass_convert field set to?
What does the user_password field look like. Does the password start with $H$ and is a mixture of upper & lower case letters and numbers and, possibly, symbols or is it a 32 character string with a mixture of lower case letters and numbers.

i don't understand what you wrote. One user cannot reset another user's password, if that is what you mean.

I've successfully converted from vbulletin 3.8.4 into phpBB 3.0.8.
But I still have a little problem, which I couldn't resolve.
The problem is that topic titles are not shown properly! They are like أƒآŒ أƒآ‡أƒآ،أƒآ¤أƒآ¥أƒآ‡أƒآ†أƒآ­أƒآ‰
Where everything else in the forum is diplayed properly in Arabic.
I've changed collation for every single table in vbulletin into utf8_bin before converting.
So I don't know whats the problem! Help would be much appreciated.

Problem solved.
Someone told me to update the topic titles from the title of the first post of every topic.

I can't help unless I know what the error is. The more information you can give, the easier it is to help.

Is the error when you are converting?
Is the error after the conversion and when you are viewing phpBB Private Messages?
