Broken Login After Migration

Hi there...

I was given my forum in a zip file from my previous host who suddenly decided he didn't want to do hosting anymore. I was able to get my new host to migrate the forum over, but the login is broken and I have no idea how to fix it. It is also an older version (3.0), so finding someone who can also do an update would be ideal. Attached is what the login error looks like.
