Have you looked in the styles database and/or the Styles in development forum?

It is highly unlikely that you will find anyone to create a style from scratch in three days - probably nearer three months.

it must not be an design for a "big" project like facebook

for a small new forum...

and it must not be completely new....it can change colors from one from database
and add new icons an an logo/header

It is irrelevant what the size of the board is - the amount of work is the same.

What idea do you have how that should look like?

Hi, as I could see, there were several cross postings looking for a retro style. As far as (almost) the first phpBB design was concerned (?), Kirk had prepared one such: phpBB Retro - phpBB looks like version 1.4.1

we need the OP to come back and explain what he wants. "retro" and "nostalic" are too subjective.
