Detailed description of the tasks:
In essence, I'm setting up a Star Wars roleplaying community and we're looking to change the default date on PHPBB to the year format in Star Wars. I don't want it to affect post formatting so we can still see normal dates when people post things [I'd imagine it's easier this way], but only for the front page's area where it says 'It is currently Mon Oct 12, 2020 11:39 am'. Instead, we want it to say '200.12 ABY, 11:39'. This is more of a request to see if it's even possible, but any help is appreciated.
