arabic language style

hi ...

can any one please help me with this i installed Arabic language .. what i want is to make evry thing at its place but change the language like if we change to FR language we find that every thing in the forum still in its place but the translation is different .... thanks

The posts will always remain in the language that they are written in. If you are wanting to translate the posts, you will need to use something like Google Translate. There are applications on the Internet which can be installed on your site that will translate web pages and subsequently translate the posts.

I think that you mean you don't want the forum to become RTL and remain LTR as it is when you change it to Arabic, right?
If so, open file: language/ar/common.php, find:

Code: Select all

'DIRECTION'	=> 'rtl'

replace with:

Code: Select all

'DIRECTION'	=> 'ltr'

That should do it
