My language is in unicode format. Is it okey. Any changes needed in files, Does unicode supported by phpbb?

The translation files should be submitted in UTF-8 format.

I expect that support is there as long as the characters are in the font set that's used in the browser.

In ACP > GENERAL > Quick Access > PHP information check that the PHP mbstring extension is enabled (multibyte support = enabled), if not contact your host.

If mbstring is enabled and none of your characters exceed 3 bytes you shouldn't have any problems.
