but I have installed mod's
I downloaded the package CODECHANGES, but not in the Spanish language pack,
and I just need change, not the complete package.

Where can I download the package OnlyChanges in Spanish?

The phpbb developers do not do code changes for language packs other than British English. It is up to the maintainers of the language packs to keep them updated with the latest phpbb versions.

If you are unable to wait for the maintainer of the language pack to do the updates, then you can look at the code changes for British English and compare with your language pack and make the changes accordingly. since the latest version for Spanish Argentina is for phpBB 3.0.2, you should look at the code changes for 3.0.3, 3.0.4 and 3.0.5.
