Getting the 'quick links' into the top bar

Post by weeksy59 »

I was asked by a member about getting 'new posts' 'unread' 'active topics' etc into the top bar, just below search as a clickable hyperlink. Apparently he's seen it on another forum and it seems a decent idea.

Any tips/tricks please ?

Thanks.

Not sure what you are asking. Those are already in the Quick Links burger.

Still not getting it. What style are you using? If not prosilver, then this is not a phpBB issue.

Well, it's not a style issue as such.

In the top right of the pic, below the search bar and user, there's "new topics, unanswered, unread"

He's not using prosilver on his forum, but i am... but even with his style installed i can't show them in that way.

I'm struggling with what part you're not seeing :)

						{L_COMMA_SEPARATOR}
						<!-- ENDIF -->

						<!-- IF S_USER_LOGGED_IN -->

								<a href="{U_SEARCH_NEW}" >
									<span>{L_SEARCH_NEW}</span>
								</a>
						{L_COMMA_SEPARATOR}
						<!-- ENDIF -->

						<!-- IF S_LOAD_UNREADS -->

								<a href="{U_SEARCH_UNREAD}" >
									<span>{L_SEARCH_UNREAD}</span>
								</a>
						{L_COMMA_SEPARATOR}
						<!-- ENDIF -->

								<a href="{U_SEARCH_UNANSWERED}" >
									<span>{L_SEARCH_UNANSWERED}</span>
								</a>

						{L_COMMA_SEPARATOR}
								<a href="{U_SEARCH_ACTIVE_TOPICS}" >
									<span>{L_SEARCH_ACTIVE_TOPICS}</span>
								</a>
					</div>
					<!-- ENDIF -->
open common.css and at the bottom add

text-align: right;
}
Upload all the files and purge the cache in acp and browser
