How to understand new members over time

Post by Harrison76 »

Hello to all,
a user asked me if I could provide statistics about new users over time. I also installed google analytics on the forum, but I don't know how to extrapolate this data. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thanks

Firstly I'd say it's not really any of their business!

What you could do is export the join dates from the users table in the database and then simply plot that vs number of people.

You can export data in Google Analytics but why would they want your stats? Unless they are a competitor just fishing for info?

The only people who need to see your stats is you or potential advertisers.
