Hello people, I also have a problem on the forum, in the newpost I don't see the list of anything I can do?
Version is 3.3 and I did not install anything.

for many reasons, this being one of them, you need to upload the prosilver style and install it.
you don't have to use it, you don't have to make it available for your users, but you really need it to be there.

did you upload and install prosilver? did you then test to see if the problem presists in prosilver?

The address of that page ends in /newposts.html

That's not a forum. Is that an extension?
The normal new posts page does not have any ability to make a new post anyway.
search.php?search_id=newposts

I understand the link phase but will it disappear? or how can I put 20 new topics to appear

The new posts page shows all of the new posts since you last logged in.

In your screenshot, there have been 3 posts since you last logged in so there are 3 entries on that page.
