Image held for moderation

I currently am not moderating anything, including new members (just move from a different system, didn't want to deal with hundreds of first posts).

Three days in one post got held for moderation. I'm guessing it was the image link (below) can someone confirm that?

apparently you are moderating somehow. phpbb does not moderate posts unless you set it up to do so.
and I don't believe there is a way to moderate an image to begin with. it would have to be the complete post held in the que for moderation not just an image.

please provide some more info about your board. how did you install it? did you convert from the other platforum to phpbb?

Found the issue. It was held by cleantalk which I use to keep spam down.

Talking to them.
