I am sorry if this seems like a lame question but I am tech challenged and I can not find a way to send mass email after the upgrade to 3.3.3
Could someone please tell me step by step where do I go and what do I do in order to send mass email to all users of my forum
Mass email link is missing from System
Everything that needs to be enabled is enabled - modules, email, etc.
The upgrade is done by the book.
Why is the mass email link not showing?
What to do to get it to show and work?

I see that 67 people have read this post and not one has answered. Is this such a common issue or so hard to fix issue in the 3.3.3 version of the forum?
It is extremely annoying and I need to fix it ASAP.
