Weird user ?

Weird user ?
When I logged into my board, I noticed that there was a new member, the name is "ocuzigiyeguta". The member list was filled of users with random letters, All of them uses the email ended with "jonjamail.com". I was scared, thinking it was a spambot or something. Should I ban these users?

Yes they're all spambots.
No point in banning, just delete the accounts.
And then sort out your registration page antispam. A good non-searchable Q&A question will suffice.
