Timezone difference

Hello,
I'm with phpbb 3.3.3 in my website. So my problem is that I have difference between the forum timezone and the style timezone.
The style which one I use is proflat. It's set to the correct timezone on the ACP but in the forum posts there is a difference about +3/4 hours

The timezone set in the ACP is for guests and users not yet logged in. If you are logged in, your timezone is determined by the setting in your User control panel. But if it is off some odd amount, like 3/4 hours, the problem is probably your host server's time setting.
