The default links in phpBB are already SEO friendly.

If you've added an extension to change that, you need to post in the support section for that extension.

EDIT:
Ah I think you mean why is it showing ?sid followed by a lot of numbers and letters.
That's not the real link. That's to do with the cookie.

Post a screenshot of your cookie settings.

In the top field, put a . at the start of the site name, like it says in the last line of the explanation

It means your site can be visited from www. or just the domain name you posted. The dot means it can be either.

There's nothing wrong with the URL looking like that. The search engines understand it perfectly well.
If you want to change it to the topic name you'll need an extension. But beware. If that extension breaks with an update or is no longer supported you'll be stuck on the version you're on or you'll have to upgrade and lose all of your page ranking and start from scratch again.

ok thanks for your information sir i have an other issue can you open my forum my logo or header is to much larger i resize the logo image but still nothing happened can you please tell me it it header or logo and how to resolve it

yes i just remove the logo to see the result as you see the header its too long so what should i do now i just change logo name that's why its not showing now
