Cannot save topic with a lot of characters in it

I have this thread that serves as a menu:

I keep adding there new threads every now and then. today when trying to add a couple new links, hitting save takes me to an error page:

Any idea if the forum "reached" its limit? The character limit is definitely set to higher number that it actually is in the thread...

solution
So I found out that the extension Autoimage is causing this bug - I had to disable it and now the forum is working again.

Check your server error logs.

It could be a number of things. It could be the php version your host server is running, again, that is just one of many possible causes. Possibly also an SSL certificate issue. Try sending a support ticket to your hosting company first to make sure it isn't a problem on the host server side before you dig too deep. Your hosting company will also have access to server error logs and will hopefully be willing and able to help you.

I did notice that your we_universal is outdated (v 2.6.4 for phpBB 3.3.0). There's a v2.6.5 (for phpBB3.3.4) available.

There is a lot of text hidden by a "hide" bbcode. I was thinking there was a limit on the number of characters that could be enclosed by a single bbcode. That was a couple years ago though.

Depends, but typically you can find them or link to them in the hosting control panel. If you can't find them consult you host documentation or ask your host.

Another quick question. Is this a server error that is typically white and limited to the text you already posted or something else?

Ok, so I've updated my style to the newest version, all extensions are updated as well. I just did a test, and removed all the spoilers from the post - still cannot save it.

Maximum characters per post/message: 110000
Maximum links per post: 0

I was able to save this thread literally a week ago. Now it's a no-go. Don't get it.

Got access to my logs, but tbh I have no idea how to read them. Where do I start? Can I maybe post something here for you folks to check?

I contacted my host and they said nothing pops up on their radar, and everything should be fine

Don't you see a error log, the ones in the pictures are access logs.

no, the only files in the logs folder are:

access.
dav.
info.
last_traffic
sftp.
traffic.db

If you can’t find the error logs ask your host to get them for you.

For that one we can't provide you anything aside on the logs folder on our webspace. That is not a hosting issue
