My first suggestion if you have not already tried it is clear phpBB's cache. This will often fix common problems. If you don't have access to the ACP you can manually delete all files in the cache folder except .htaccess and index.html

The references I'm finding for this error are for external pages integrating phpBB like a CMS . If clearing the cache doesn't fix this you'll need to provide some more information as where this is occurring.

This morning I clear the cache again and for the moment no errors ... I know I must fill in Support Request Template! I will do it if that happened again. I think is from Local URL to Text EXT. I delete that EXT, clear the cache and until now is okay. Just please give me 1 day to see what will be and I will inform you. Thank you very much!
