It's difficult to get perfect score on that. It's always going to complain about the message and base encoding for example. However you have some significant issues that should be addressed. No MX record is a pretty big deal and servers may drop email without one.
As far as the hosts limitations you may want to inform them this is related to how WH/Cpanel handles email. When a php script doesn't implicitly add the from field instead of using the email address in the reply-to it uses the hosting account name, [email protected] That's why that setting is there. Of course if the account name has email address set up it's not problem but there will be mismatch between the from and reply-to
