Logging Out issue with Kindle Silk Browser

Post by mrix2000 »

Hello all, I have a moderator who uses the Kindle to access my forum which has the silk browser, when he clicks on approve new posts the forum logs him out ?
I know its a long shot but has anyone heard of this issue or know why it could be happening, as I say it only happens when the Mod approves a post :?
Thanks for any feedback 8-)

Guessing - have him try another browser or clear the browser cache?

Hello and thanks yes I asked him to clear the cache and also update the software which made no difference, I have asked to use a different browser but the silk is the main browser on the device but hopefully he will be able try another anyway.

Hi there - I'm also having this issue with a forum user only having issues on their Kindle Silk browser.
I'm asking her to clear cache but I can't see a problem #8 on this link anymore.
Did you have details of the link content or did you find a fix?

Cheers!

Hello unfortunately the issue could not be fixed using the silk browser, having just asked the moderator on my forum he explained when using the forum he has to use Google Chrome and anything else silk.
