PHPBB experienced web designer?

Looking for help making a landing page for my phpbb forum. Most the folks I see advertising want to set up big wordpress template pages, etc. Anyone have any recommendations for someone to help me create a custom landing page that links to the forum and a store, etc.? I'm looking for someone who knows PHPBB well, so we can integrate the log in and links, etc. I'm in Silicon Valley (San Jose ish) in CA.... Thanks
