<head> and </body> tags? Where?

Hello, I am curious where the <head> and </body> tags can be found within the template files. I am trying to install Arrowchat and I cannot seem to complete the last step which requires me to paste code (which looks rather outdated) for the header and footer for it to function. Any help is appreciated! It's my first venture back into phpBB after a good few years so I'm a bit rusty, admittedly.

Look in the template overall_header.html of your style.

And overall_footer.html

<head> is in overall_header.html
</body> is in overall_footer.html

These are assuming that you are using a prosilver compatible style - other styles may differ

are you aware that there is a chat extension for phpBB?
it is called mchat and it is free and works great.
because it is a self contained extension you install it and you won't have to redo it every time you update/upgrade.
with arrowchat you will have to reinstall it in the phpbb style files every time you update/upgrade.
