What exactly does that mean? Let´s say I have a board for Austrian and German visitors but the server is located in Michigan, US.A_Jelly_Doughnut wrote:This MOD employs the date('I') method of detecting Daylight Saving Time or Summer Time, so it is dependent on the web server administrator to be correct
Than it uses the time in Michigan because the date() function uses the data from the webserver. So when DST gets enabled there, the times are updated.IPB_Refugee wrote:What exactly does that mean? I'm hosted on a server in Germany and it works without a hitch (German users only, mind you). phpBB3 only supports manual selection of DST, not automatic functions that do that for the user.Lumpy Burgertushie wrote:phpbb3 already has this built in doesn't it?
