Hello Théonaute,

when I edit an already existing forum that is from type "link" (so not a "real" forum or a category), I see the Anti Double Post settings which are useless for this kind of forums.

Just installed it using automod in 3.07. The first time I unzipped it in the mod directory using the file manager on my site, and it didn't work. I uninstalled it, cleared it out, then let automod unzip it and re-install. working great now with no doubles. I have a few users that think nothing about quintuple posting, basically using threads for storage. I hope this stops that.

AWESOME MOD! I especially like how this mod makes double posters realize what they've done to fix (edit) their error.

Thank you so much!!!

I have the same problem with 3.0.7-PL1.

Installation was fine, no error. I've set all the rules for groups/forums/users with "No" on the "Allow double posts" option but users cas still double post ! I've tryied the "Never" option instead, but the problem is still here...

Anyone got the same problem and a fix ? Thanks.

Hi,

you could try the Support Toolkit.
Remove duplicate permissions: Removes duplicate permissions which can break the auth system.
Be sure to make a backup of your database before using the Support Toolkit.

Hello,

Thanks for the tip but I've checked the duplicate permissions and it appears that there are none...
The tool has finished checking for duplicate permissions and has found none.
I really do not understand why this is not working... I've checked all the forum parameters and the MOD is activated for each of them. It is also activated for all the users.

I didn't have time to test this MOD on phpBB3.0.7, so may be it is not compatible.
Do you have another MODs installed on your board ?

Hello, I installed the mod anti double post, but I do not know where is the setting, I know it is active because it is blowing posts in a row, but now wanted to configure it!
