Got a quick question. Everytime a user logs in, including my self, it always comes up with a second entry that says "Failure - inactive user". This happens to every user. Any idea what is causing it?

Hi ryan,

You would have to make a mistake in includes/auth/auth_db.php about this modification:

Code: Select all

//-- mod : log connections --------------------------------------------------------
//-- add
			add_log('connections', $row['user_id'], 'LOG_AUTH_FAIL_INACTIVE');
//-- end : log connections --------------------------------------------------------
Check if you placed this code after and not before this part:

Code: Select all

		// User inactive...
		if ($row['user_type'] == USER_INACTIVE || $row['user_type'] == USER_IGNORE)
		{
Keep me informed ;)

Awesome....I was using an editor that could only search one line at a time and I forgot to go to the end of the find before I added. Good catch..Thanks!!!

Show me a screenshot of your config table in phpMyadmin ;)

Nerdy,

Try to do this modification to debug the problem. Open /includes/acp/acp_lc.php and search:

Code: Select all

                $action = (!preg_match("#" . $user->lang['ACP_LOGS_FAIL'] . "#", $row['action']) ? '<div class="log-success">' . $row['action'] . '</div>' : '<div class="log-fail">' . $row['action'] . '&nbsp;' . $log_number . '</div>');
Before add:

Code: Select all

                echo 'User:'. $user->lang['ACP_LOGS_FAIL'] . 'Action:' . $row['action'];
Make me a screenshot of the result in the connection log, and give me your translation in Czeck.

Keep me informed ;)
