you did a file open?

go to your forum's index page
once their change the index.php to bots.php in the url

oh! how stupid of me to open file! really! But as told earlier my knowledge is too limited.

but it worked now, T50. I got this message

"Added 109 bots to your forum"

Hi, could somebody using this mod report about forum efficiency, please ?
I'd like to know if any impact on the viewtopic speed has been observed.

I theory adding BOTs to the memberlist should actually improve the forum speed. As an unregistered user a BOT sees exactly what a guest user does. As a registered BOT the board displays less (non pertinent) information.

it seems like some arcade mod is conflicting with it, could you provide the link to the arcade mod you installed, so i can find out what needs to be adapted for this to work.

lol thanks saves me a lot of time works just fine on 3.0.4 added 109 bots to the list and changed one of my current guests into a listed bot lol

after running the bots.php file is it ok to delete the files we uploaded or just leave them be?

you can do what you want with them, they currently only will work once, if you try it again it will give you a general error. so really it can't do any harm, plus it has to be an admin to run it for it to work

Hi, Anyone know how to set this mod to use the default style for bot creation?

As it is it seems to set this with the following line:

'user_style' => 1,

What does the "one" indicate? Thanks kindly.

What are ''Bad bots'' exactly
