Hi @all!

Although this thread is strictly for support of version 1.0.1 I completed the development of 1.2.0 today which adds the desired "background header image" function. I'd be glad if you could test the new version out:

P.S. Update instructions are provided when needed, please ask in the other thread.

Hi!

Open up phpMyAdmin, navigate to phpbb_forums and remove the "forum_logo" column. It would be nice if you could include the error message you get.

I'd say something must be wrong with the edit of includes/acp/acp_forums.php - a missing or misplaced edit. Or you did not purge the cache (properly)...

I checked acp_forums and it looks ok. Is there a cache for ACP also?
I have cleared the cache from Styles > Templates > M3 > Cache
I have also cleared for prosilver and subsilver2

On the first page when you enter the ACP there's a "Purge cache" button. This will take care of the cached admin pages.

This MOD is written with prosilver in mind. Please make sure you have the string

Code: Select all

{SITE_LOGO_IMG}
defined for your logo in the overall_header.html

Is it possible to change it so the subforums inherit the logo of the parent forum if the logo is not defined?

Just finished installing the mod. When I open my forum I receive this error message: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_DOUBLE_ARROW in /phpBB3/includes/functions.php on line 3761

I'm sure it is an error on my part I didn't quite understand the "includes/functions.php" instructions. :?

Line 3761:

Code: Select all

'A_COOKIE_SETTINGS'		=> addslashes('; path=' . $config['cookie_path'] . ((!$config['cookie_domain'] || $config['cookie_domain'] == 'localhost' || $config['cookie_domain'] == '127.0.0.1') ? '' : '; domain=' . $config['cookie_domain']) . ((!$config['cookie_secure']) ? '' : '; secure')),

Code: Select all

		'T_STYLESHEET_NAME'		=> $user->theme['theme_name'],

		'SITE_LOGO_IMG'			=> $site_logo),

		'A_COOKIE_SETTINGS'		=> addslashes('; path=' . $config['cookie_path'] . ((!$config['cookie_domain'] || $config['cookie_domain'] == 'localhost' || $config['cookie_domain'] == '127.0.0.1') ? '' : '; domain=' . $config['cookie_domain']) . ((!$config['cookie_secure']) ? '' : '; secure')),
Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi Joe!

It seems I have to release a new version for phpBB 3.0.3. Please change the line

Code: Select all

'SITE_LOGO_IMG'         => $site_logo),
to

Code: Select all

'SITE_LOGO_IMG'         => $site_logo,
(removing the closing parenthesis)
