You are using a 3.0.6 board? PM_REPORTS is part of 3.0.6

Your error doesn't have anything to do with this mod. It has to do with your language file, specifically language/xx/mcp.php, seems you are missing this line

Code: Select all

	'PM_REPORT_DELETED_SUCCESS'	=> 'The selected PM report has been deleted successfully.',
So I would ask you again to ensure that your language files are 3.0.6 and that goes for ALL languages that you have.

Moderator Needed for a 3.0.6 phpBB forum
This and earlier versions of this mod's instructions for subsilver2 include some extra leading whitespace at the start of every inserted piece, e.g.
Open: styles/subsilver2/template/index_body.html
Find:

Code: Select all

<a href="{U_MCP}">{L_MCP}</a>
In-line find:

Code: Select all

{L_MCP}</a>
In-line add after:

Code: Select all

 <!-- IF TOTAL_MODERATOR_REPORTS -->&nbsp;|&nbsp;<a href="{U_MODERATOR_REPORTS}">{TOTAL_MODERATOR_REPORTS}</a><!-- ENDIF --><!-- IF TOTAL_MODERATOR_POSTS -->&nbsp;|&nbsp;<a href="{U_MODERATOR_APPROVE_POSTS}">{TOTAL_MODERATOR_POSTS}</a><!-- ENDIF --><!-- IF TOTAL_MODERATOR_TOPICS -->&nbsp;|&nbsp;<a href="{U_MODERATOR_APPROVE_TOPICS}">{TOTAL_MODERATOR_TOPICS}</a><!-- ENDIF -->
This gets usually combined with the non-breaking whitespace when there are reported objects, and gets rendered as double whitespace. I believe the leading whitespace could be removed to provide a more consistent look.

Thought I'd point this out; the extra leading whitespace also exists in the prosilver template instructions, but it doesn't make any visual difference since there is no non-breaking whitespace involved there.

edit: um, the code bbCode strips the leading whitespace.

I installed the latest version.

Just one question, why is this needed?
Add to file mcp_pm_reports.php

Code: Select all

				// BEGIN Moderator Needed Mod
				$cache->purge('_reported_pms');
				// END Moderator Needed Mod
When will the reported PM's appear? Now it is not showed immediately, only when I purge the cache.

The reason for that is due to the pm reports being cached by the mod. Once an moderator acts on a reported pm, the cache needs to be purged to correct the count that is shown. The reported PM's should show immediately after installing the mod...if there are any.

Well it is not working that way exactly for me.
When the reported PM is reviewed (for example closed) it disappear immediately. But when a PM is reported it does not show up, only when the cache is purged.

It think that can't be the way how it is meant to be, not?

The cache is built and isn't checked again for 5 minutes. If you want it to be faster then

OPEN

includes/moderator_needed.php

FIND

Code: Select all

$cache->put('_reported_pms', $reported_pms, 300);
and change the 300 to whatever number. If you want it to regenerate after 15 seconds, change the 300 to 15.

You must purge the cache after making this change.

Good enough for me, so it is updated every 5 minutes?
