Currently there is no public api to do uploads to tinypic. So the plugin is the closest thing that exists.

I'll look into what would be the edits for the subsilver style this week. Might have something early next week for you.

Because they're not required to especially since subsilver2 will not be part of phpBB base in the near future.

Support won't be dropped immediately, afterall the phpBB group did release subsilver2 as part of the phpBB packages. But I wouldn't worry too much about it. My statement was a bit abrupt. Plans to drop subsilver2 are still that...plans...with no official word on when or if they'll do it. But most likely if they do come to a decision it would be for the 3.2.x line. There's mention of that here.

As far as finding out if your theme is subsilver2 or prosilver based you can look at the page source and if everything is separated by tables then it's most likely subsilver2. Otherwise it's prosilver. The css stylesheets could also give it away. Where prosilver uses quite a few of them and imports them, subsilver2 uses one big stylesheet.css file.

lets clarify. subsilver2 will continue to be supplied by the 3.0.x line (this has already been stated). it will most likely be dropped in the 3.1x/3.2x line (this too has already been stated).

the hope is that when 3.1.x/3.2.x is released, some talented style author will conjure up a subsilver-like style.

wolf2009 wrote:anyway to check if a theme is subsilver or prosilver based ?
subsilver2 = square, prosilver = rounded (most of the time).

*EDIT* David beat me to it... :D

You should take your question to phpBB Discussion as this topic is about the TinyPic Plugin MOD. ;-)

Does this also work with Subsilver-based styles? If not, will there ever be a version that works?
