v1.2.0 is in the validation process.
It supports cookies.

Subsilver2 support will be more difficult because subsilver uses tabs. And i don't like this style, so, i don't work with it, sorry.
May be later...

Hi, there, Théonaute..
Just gave it a try with 1.2.0 and it is great! Now it preserves the preferences!! :D
A couple of minor glitches that I noticed:
1. In the javascript entered in forumlist_body, there are two entries of

Code: Select all

title="{L_EXPAND_CAT}">
These entries should actually be

Code: Select all

title="{L_EXPAND_CAT_DISPLAY}">
2.
a. If I have mouse over "-" it says: Hide this category ==>Correct
b. If I click on "-" it collapses the category, the sign changes to "+" and mouse over "+" says: Expand this category ==>Correct again
c. I click on "+",category expands, sign changes to "-", but on mouse over(of the "-") it now says: Expand this category ==>Wrong

This happens only when I don't refresh the page and mess around clicking on the expand/collapse signs. I'm sure there is a workaround for this small bug, but can't remember it. But I'm sure you will...
Nice job, man! ;)

Here a try at a subsilver2 template for this MOD.
The columns don't align perfectly well, due to the split of the one main table bewteen each category tables...

Not for me
Validator give 2 errors, after installing this mod
# Error Line 252, Column 131: document type does not allow element "a" here.

…d+'\');" title="Expand this category">-</a>';

The element named above was found in a context where it is not allowed. This could mean that you have incorrectly nested elements -- such as a "style" element in the "body" section instead of inside "head" -- or two elements that overlap (which is not allowed).

One common cause for this error is the use of XHTML syntax in HTML documents. Due to HTML's rules of implicitly closed elements, this error can create cascading effects. For instance, using XHTML's "self-closing" tags for "meta" and "link" in the "head" section of a HTML document may cause the parser to infer the end of the "head" section and the beginning of the "body" section (where "link" and "meta" are not allowed; hence the reported error).

# Error Line 261, Column 133: document type does not allow element "a" here.

…'\');" title="Hide this category">+</a>';

Check your installation.
It seems that some php code is not parsed.

Hi Théonaute, I visited your forum and I'm interested in showing subforum names on the main page - could you tell me which MOD is it?
Thanks
