First try clearing the template cache if that doesn't work then check your edits in the template files. Also if you are using a template other then prosilver or subsilver you will have to make the template edits in that template aswell.

Check your edits in includes/acp/acp_board.php it looks like you have added the second edit wrong.

I have just released an update for this Mod. The changes are not that big so instead of opening a new dev topic here you can download it on my site until it is validated.

Would it be possible to add a feature when you select a mood from the drop down it displays an image next to it to preview?

I could do it so that the users current mood is displayed next to it. It would work the same way as the avatar selection so that when they click submit the mood is displayed next to the selection box.

Could you make it dynamic so the user can see what each mood looks like before updating. So if you select let's say Happy from the dropdown the image would display next to the dropdown without updating the page. I have 120 moods with images and a lot of them people would like to preview first before selecting.

Thanks

That would need Ajax to work and I wanted to keep the Mod simple so I won't be putting it in the main Mod but I will look at it and possibly release it as an optional add on.

What I want to accomplish is the exact same as the rank section in the ACP section. When you select a rank image from the dropdown it displays it under the dropdown for a preview. I tried to code it myself but failed. Hope this helps, thanks.

I have been looking at that myself, looks easy enough to adapt.

I should have it done and released as an addon in the next few hours, tomorrow at the latest.

I just installed the mod and the image is not displaying after selecting a mood from the dropdown. It's looking for the image in the root directory instead of the images/moods directory. The current mood does display before selecting a different mood. So the image path is the problem, it's not adding it to the image url.

only in subsilver2 edit add after must be replace with i think?

Code: Select all

Find
Tip: This may be a partial find and not the whole line.

Code:Select All
		<td class="row2">{S_MOOD_OPTIONS}</td>
Add after
Tip: Add these lines on a new blank line after the preceding line(s) to find.

Code:Select All
		<td class="row2">{S_MOOD_OPTIONS}<br /><img src="{MOOD_IMAGE}" id="image" alt="" /></td>

hing is there for it to work but the image is displaying an red X. When I look at the url for the image it is http://www.mywebsite/happy.gif when it should be http://www.mywebsite/images/moods/happy.gif for some reason the images/moods is not getting appended to the url. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Yes it should be replace-with, package updated.

I will take a look in a bit. But double check your edits and especially the javascript in the template.
