Could this be modified so that even users without javascript enabled can benefit from all of its functions?

Nope...this MOD is entirely javascript-dependent. You may need to find another MOD for non-javascript enbled users.

Hi JobKnockey. The Lightbox and Highside work using javascripts. These are 3rd party js branchilds that run on their scripts.

If most of your users prefer to have js off, you can set it to external links instead. Hope this helps.

It means this solution is not for you if you are looking for something to help you with resizing images.

Please post in MOD Requests as this is outside of the scope of this MOD. Thanks.

Please forgive my newbie ignorance, but I'm just stumped as to what I'm doing wrong. I've successfully installed the mod to my board, and it works in the default themes. I've also gotten it to work fine in the theme Pinkie, but I just can't get it to work in DirtyBoard2.0. I've manually done the Prosilver mods, I've manually done the Subsilver mods. In both cases the result is the same.

What happens is that the image is enlarging and showing on the lightbox - but when you click to close the lightbox and return to the board it doesn't work. It just stays on the lightbox :( Mind you I could just set the mod to open a new window, but both I and my users like the lightbox and would prefer that.

http://www.dolliehsanctuary.com/testforum I've been doing all of my mod testing here first before installing into my actual board. A test image is in the only forum and thread there.

That is pretty weird...never seen that before. What happens if you try using the Highslide JS method?

Code: Select all

Fatal error: Call to undefined function reimg_properties() in ./phpBB3/includes/functions.php on line 4268
At first the error was on line 3313, but it jumped to line 4268 when I removed the onload and onerror attributes.

I have 3.0.7-PL1, with Absolution 1.0.0 (prosilver based) theme plus [RC] Topic Preview 1.0.4 and Convert quoted images to url MODs.
You've removed the reimg_properties function from the functions.php file. Needs to be restored.
Thank you for the tip, but I think I have the function where it should be:

Code: Select all

		'REIMG_ZOOM_OUT_IMG_WIDTH'	=> $user->img('icon_reimg_zoom_out', '', false, '', 'width'),
		'REIMG_ZOOM_OUT_IMG_HEIGHT'	=> $user->img('icon_reimg_zoom_out', '', false, '', 'height'),
		'REIMG_PROPERTIES'			=> reimg_properties(),

		'T_THEME_PATH'			=> "{$web_path}styles/" . $user->theme['theme_path'] . '/theme',
		'T_TEMPLATE_PATH'		=> "{$web_path}styles/" . $user->theme['template_path'] . '/template',

That is the call to the function...not the actual function:

Code: Select all

/**
* Get the applicable image properties
*/
function reimg_properties()
{
	return 'class="reimg" onload="reimg(this);" onerror="reimg(this);" ';
}
