I haven't tried that yet - but I'll give it a shot and see what happens.

It figures I have to have the wierd problem

EDIT: OMG, thank you so much for that suggestion! It worked just perfectly and I love how it looks as well - much better than opening in a new window. I'm going to get that installed on the main forum now :)

thanks for the awesome mod!

First of all: thanks for the great mod!
Second... I have a rather strange issue. I'm running phpBB3.0.7-PL1 and added your mod. At first, it looked like everything worked properly, but I encountered a (random!?) problem. If you enter some threads, then one of the attached images will be opened automatically which is pretty annoying for the users.
I already tried different HighSlide/Letterbox settings but to no avail. I'm also pretty sure that I added all edits properly. Additionally, I already tried this:
DavidIQ wrote:Replace your reimg/reimg.js file with this one and hard-refresh:
reimg.js
but it didn't solve the problem :(

Here's the code from my header:

Code: Select all

And here's the example code of such an image (looks alright to me?):

Code: Select all

Finally, here's and example: *click*
I hope you can help me :geek:

After update phpbb Gallery Mod to 1.0.5 today, the highslide function in reimg image resizer not work :?
I use Lytebox-plugin in Gallery and highside in reimg resizer , they works fine in the past.
 Is there anyone have the same situation :?:

edit: I found out the problem. I have to delete the highside folder in Gallery/plugins. Now they both works. ;)

Could anyone report how this is working together with Imagemagick? I am using this serverside script to resize the images and wanted to keep it as this mod resizes only when using java or have i missunderstood that point?

Thats a great mod i really like to use, so any help is appreciated

Help just installed this on my board and it only sort of works:

http://www.bcss.org.uk/foruma/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1#p7

Yes it resizes and opens but that's it I have no ACP settings etc, I tried automod to install but it failed, so I manually installed everything but it's not working right, my eyes have gone wonky looking at the code trying to find out where I have gone wrong, anyone care to have a look at the attached files and see if I have missed anything.

Forgot I have prosilver and a modified prosilver se installed and it makes no difference which I use.
Cheers

Bill

@Bill Hildyard: did you check in the right place?
It's in the ACP under General --> Post Settings --> Image resize settings

Using imagemagick shouldn't conflict with this MOD as they are 2 different methods. You've somehow gotten imagemagick to resize images using the img bbcode tag?

I thought Imagemagick could perhaps conflict with this mod as they both are resizing images, but to answer your question i used Imagemagick until know just for resizing images as attachements. I did not try out the bbcode case yet.

I am not able to test this right know so I'll have to check this tomorrow.

But i have a question:

Can this mod be applied to work with the attachements?

Yes although you'd have to disable the thumbnail feature for attachments. I'll probably do something about that in a future release but for now that's the option. Note that changing this option does not affect older attachments and is only applicable to image attachments done from that point on.

So to say i would have to disable imagemagick or better the function inside the forum which creates the thumbnails and can't use imagemagick when i want to use your mod for the attachements until you are publishing a new version of the mod?

Well it will likely be in a future release of the MOD but it's not on my todo list at the moment. ;)
