I've uploaded a few screenshots for those who would like to get a better idea of what this mod does before they install it. It is very basic with simple functionality and is only for "manual" tracking of your donating members. It doesn't do anything special, just displays the users who have donated as you manually add them in the ACP.

It is a worthwhile mod to install. I like it.

Thanks for the screenshots/demo...this looks like a very interesting mod...however the manual adding of donators is a bit disappointing.

I tried it, deleted the install file and came up with an error, I think it is best to do this MOD
manually and not with AutoMOD because AutoMOD has problems with install.php files etc.

I'm not happy with this MOD, at least in this version. Being forced to enter an E-Mail Adress instead of adding usernames or user_ids is too specific and complicated for normal use. Also - to be practical - this mod needs some more functional extensions like ACP-User-Panel, sorting, adding to Groups etc.

For me this is still a DEV-Version and no final MOD - but there are some coding-parts which could be useful as a coding-base.

BTW: The install-file uses 'phpbb_' as prefix hardcoded - if you have an other prefix in the database, you should alter this in the file before installation...

Hmm... anybody notice this when viewing a private message after installing this mod?

Code: Select all

Fatal error: Call to a member function assign_block_vars() on a non-object in <document root>/includes/functions_display.php on line 45

Does anybody else see this issue or is everyone staying very far away from this mod?

Their staying away from it, lol joke :)

There is an error in the /includes/functions_display.php on line 45, But the MOD Author is the best
person to ask about this problem of yours.

How did you install this MOD, Manually or via AutoMOD?

thanks for your input guys.

I'll fix the issues with pms asap and fix the install database prefix.

but the way users are inserted is going to stay that way you can enter email address from paypal and the mod looks up the username.

BTW this is my first mod, and first atempt at php so sorry if it dont have every feature you would like but keep the ideas coming and I might add them.

PS the install file is to be ran by itself not with AutoMOD. never used AutoMOD before.
