try to be a bit more polite next time...rather than a jerk.

and this should be defined HERE because it is a phpBB mod and just like EVERY mod author...demos and decent descriptions are lacking 90% of the time which there is of course no reason for.

Alright people...simmer down. No need to get all heated up about it. The actual author has been away for a bit now but testing this is a bit hard so we couldn't get it out sooner or while they were still around. I've added some notes to aleviate the questions a bit about what this is into the validator notes.
