Okay, I upgraded to the current version and tried installing per the instructions for 1.0.1. It didn't indicate any problems on the installation, but I see no change at all in the admin control panel under Users and Groups>Manage Groups.

Just making sure, but did you purge the cache after installing the MOD?

Just go to the ACP and right on the first page you will see an option titled "Purge the cache" with a button across from it that reads "Run now". Just click that button and you will be able to purge the cache, hopefully allowing the MOD to appear in the ACP now. If that doesn't work, then try refreshing your templates, too. To refresh your templates, go to ACP => Styles => Templates and you will see a list of styles you have installed. Under the "Actions" column on that list, just click the "Refresh" button next to the style(s) your board uses.

Give these a try and let me know how they work.

I've tried and I can't reproduce this bug. Make sure you have uploaded the compressed .zip folder to your store/mods folder and extract its contents to that folder. You should see a folder named Legend Repositioning 1.0.2 in the store/mods folder, and in that folder you should see the install.xml file and other such files. Make sure this is what you have done and let me know if you're still having issues. This MOD has been tested for compatibility with AutoMOD and has passed those tests, so there should not be an issue.

I installed everything... it shows in the ACP, but the instant I try to change the order I get this message...

"The website cannot display the page"

Any thoughts?

Did you upload the included install_legend_positioning.php file to the root of your phpBB installation and run that file after installing the MOD?

Hi,
I tried to install the MOD 2 times but with no succes. Every time in the ACP=>Manage groups i see the "Legend positioning" but the list is always empty no matter how much groups i make. I purged cache, refreshed template, run the MOD installation file and I am quite sure I did well all the file edits so I don't know where the problem is. please help.
P.S. Sorry if there is any mistake but my english is not too good!

I was editind with Wodpad and all the code lines were copied i one line so it happened that some codes were behind the "//" simbols.

Yes, WordPad is not a very good code editing program. If you're ever looking for a much better free program for code editing, I suggest Notepad++. It's a code editing program with many features and it formats the code very nicely. So, if you're ever interested in getting away from Wordpad, you could give it a try. ;)

Anyway, glad to see you have the MOD working for you now.
