Modification Description:
The ModernDignity "Hello" Name Tag of Newest User is a neat little name tag with a few details of the newest member of your phpBB forum site.

Features: XHTML Strict 1.0 compliant Displays links to the members Profile and Posts. Displays a link to send the member a private message. Displays the members Avatar if they have one, the generic no_avatar.gif image if they don't.

Modification Version: 1.0.1

Features:

XHTML Strict 1.0 compliant
Displays links to the members Profile and Posts.
Displays a link to send the member a private message.
Displays the members Avatar if they have one, the generic no_avatar.gif image if they don't.

Optional Features:
This takes a little bit of extra coding but it is possible to display custom profile fields in the hellotag as well. Perhaps I'll add instructions for how to do that in the coming days if anyone is interested. The code is there in hellotag.php version 1.0.1 but it is currently commented out. You can see a live demo of this custom profile fields functionality at my chevy silverado forum.

This MOD was just released. I don't think that the author of this MOD is aware that his MOD has being accepted and released... kind of hard to put screen shots here when you don't know this thread exists

This is an interesting MOD... I'm contemplating if I should install this MOD or not...

I have installed this MOD and works just fine. Thanks to the author

Still I would like to modify its colour because is blue and I have a customized red template and it looks a little strange

Can someone please help? I don't know which file to modify in order for the hello tag to be red instead of blue.

I guess he wasn't thinking what I was then...because I was thinking about the fact that you said there were screenshots in the zip and instead of saying that you could have easily just uploaded those images yourself to show us since they were in the Zip and Tinypic.com doesn't require an account. Which is why I uploaded them...because it took 20 seconds.

So I was not talking to the MOD when I said "that's what I was thinking" only to you...I didn't expect him to be aware of it being added.
