Hey, I just tried to install this mod, everything went along smoothly until I went to the new module I installed and got this message

Code: Select all

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Table 'jeffreys_ROH.phpbb_wpm' doesn't exist [1146]

SQL

SELECT * FROM phpbb_wpm WHERE wpm_config_id = 1

Can someone tell me what I did wrong?

EDIT: I also don't understand what to do with the SQL presented at the beginning of the install.xml document.

Code: Select all

CREATE TABLE phpbb_wpm (
	wpm_config_id int(3) NOT NULL,
	wpm_enable tinyint(1) unsigned NOT NULL,
	wpm_send_id mediumint(8) NOT NULL,

	wpm_subject varchar(100) NOT NULL,

	wpm_version varchar(255) NOT NULL,
	PRIMARY KEY	(wpm_config_id)
	) ;

	INSERT INTO phpbb_wpm (wpm_config_id, wpm_enable, wpm_send_id, wpm_preview, wpm_variables, wpm_subject, wpm_message, wpm_version) VALUES(1, 1, 2, 0, '', 'Welcome to {SITE_NAME}!', 'Hello, {USERNAME}!\n\nWelcome to {SITE_NAME}	({SITE_DESC})\n\nYou registered on {USER_REGDATE}. Can someone tell me where to put that, I think that's where the problem is coming from, thanks :)

My mods in MODDB:
Add Homepage link in header - Change user activity post limit - Post number in viewtopic
If you need support click on the support tab there and post your question.
Do not PM me - chances of viewing my PMs are way thinner than viewing the support question in the customization DB...

I wonder if this has been asked before but is it a simple way to prevent newly registered users to use the forum until they have read the pm and a checkbox to accept?

Okay, I just cant get this mod to work, I upload all the files, I add the SQL, I edit the correct files to (what I think is) the correct coding, I purge the cache, I enable the module in the ACP, it just wont send. I have it enabled, but I just cant figure it out, am I doing something wrong with the coding? (Pics below)

I've read you're supposed to increase that number by 1024, but I also read that a mod isn't supposed to edit that number.
