How would I modify this to also include a preset title?

What would I change $post_data['post_text'] = $post_data['forum_post_tpl']; to? (I hope that is what I need to change)

hi, i finally succeeded to install this
for some reason i landed in a wrong topic and started to follow wrong procedures


I like this mod alot but have 2questions :
1) could it be possible to create a topic TITLE predefined template like xxxopenxxx asked
just add another box where we can edit the default title ...

2) for some reason i can not use html in the teplate i create...
when i open a new topic there is

instead of name :
I also tested it with [ ] but result is the same...

You can use BBcode (that is with [ ] ). However, the BBcode is only parsed AFTER hitting submit when filling in the form.

Make sure that "Disable BBCode" is unchecked when posting it though otherwise it won't parse the BBCode.

Any way to get it to kick the template straight over to post preview so that the user sees the bbcode parsed at top?

I'm new at this and tried to install the Posting Template mod but I dont understand the sql part. Can someone please explain What do I do once I get here?

On that screen, click on the SQL tab and enter the SQL code in the modx file. Then press submit (or whatever is there) and you're done.

Hi the posting template on works on a new topic but not if you reply how do you set so its for e very reply?

Silly me its only for new topics ,so my question is now hoe do i edit it so works for every reply on the forum (its so I can set an entry form for prediction league)
