Hello Lisbon,
have you installed 1.2.4?
Have you purged the board cache?

It should be a dropdown menue insteat of the former radio buttons. Here you find information about the reason why I've changed it to a dropdown menue: http://www.phpbb.com/bugs/phpbb3/40715 - BTW: It's your problem.

The file is language/your language/acp/board.php

Hello Lisbon,
okay. In 1.0.x I haven't changed it to dropdown. But the problem is not related to the MOD version.

Please download 1.2.4 and look for the changings to inlcludes/acp/acp_board.php . I'm quite sure that you can use them for 1.0.9, too. Then you will have a dropdown menue, too.

An other way is to increase the display solution to at least 1280x1024 or higher. Then you should be able to read the whole line of radio buttons.

Hi Martin,

Congrats on this mod. I have installed version 1.0.9 and it works very well. There is just one thing I might be overlooking or simply isn't implemented.
Is there a way to see in ACP if a user has verified his email already?

The reason I ask this is because of some mail isues I have been having where some users get the emailverification email and some don't. Furthermore I do not receive all the activation mails. In ACP I can see all registrations (in the "inactive user" list) but I cannot see if a user has verified his emailaddress.

I hope this is possible, because it would give me more monitoringpossibilities. Maybe this is implemented in version 1.2.4?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards, Cammate

Hello cammate,
thank you very much for your very usefull feedback :!:

You're right! It seems that I should change something at the inactive users page. Your requested feature is not included in 1.2.4. But I will include it to the next release :!:

The other feature I want to add is user auto prunning. It makes sense to live much more easy with the recent spam account attacks. ;)

The problem is that the MOD pack is increasing and increasing, ... . :? I think (at least it will be for 1.2.4) it's one of the biggest validated MODs by now. A lot of possible users of the MOD don't like this.  And the validation of the MOD needs more and more time spended by the MOD team with every new release. But IMO only the combination of all of the features of the MOD pack are making sense in working together. And IMO it's easier to install one big MOD insteat of half an dozend smaller MODs to get the same result. And some of the smaller MODs are changing the same code parts. :o

The other Mod that works really well in combination with this one is the ReCAPTCHA.
It's in beta here :

http://startrekguide.com/community/view ... 127&t=9549

but the one I used was here :

http://groups.google.com/group/recaptch ... 5350639215

and it works like a charm. Probably obviates the need for double-activation pack but I kept it anyway :D

Hello grindlay,
just let us wait till these captchas have been cracked, too! ;)

You will see it on the Inactive Users page.

I just installed 1.2.4. I was able to successfully create a new account and do the email verify. However, if I go to ACP and try to verify the user, no form is coming up. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.

Never mind. I deleted the cache via FTP and now I see the form.

Sweet Mod, just what i'm looking for. This could replace the Admin Activation E-Mail Enhancement. I just wish the Mod Team could validate your most recent version already. I don't mean to rush them, because they probably have many other mods to validate but little time.

Hello mathken330,
1.2.4 has been denied some days ago by two or three minor bugs and a misunderstanding.

At the moment im working on 1.4.0 including two new features:
  • true scheduled user auto pruning
  • deceased users support, means new incative reason INACTIVE_DECEASED, adds black banner and dagger symbol, disables contact buttons.
