it already shows the total number of people who have visited the siteNeverbirth wrote:Thanks for this MOD, I was waiting for it since I had a similar one on my old phpBB2 boards. Just one doubt/suggestion, would it be possible to change it so it shows the number of registered and guests that visited the board over the day? my old MOD also did that, and it was a nice thing for statistics.
ah icNeverbirth wrote:The number shown just refers to registered users and bots, it doesn't take into account guests, and it would be nice to specify the number of each type of user.
I guess removing the "OR s.session_user_id <> ' . ANONYMOUS" condition would solve not showing guests, but I can't test it right now.
That's already done in the sessions... if you wanted all guests online over 24 hours, that would require another DB Table.Neverbirth wrote:Showing the guests wouldn't be needed, just the number of them.
it should refresh every hour or sohamali wrote:Have a problem with this MOD.
The activity stats counter is stuck at 15 members. I can vouch that more than 15 registered members logged in 24 hours, at this point 17. This is a new forum, hence I know the new members who logged in.
What is the problem here?
i got the answer from the main topic pageQ: Why won’t it update the new posts/topics every time a new post is made?
A: This is because it caches the data for one hour, this means that this MOD will not be a burden on the server.
If the data refreshed for each post, it would be an unnecessary load on the Database with the extra queries for each user who loads the index page.
