Hi!

Wow, thanks again for your help. Works no without a problem... :D

I will post this into the support thread for the Auto Image Resizer mod...

Hi,

that's one of the functions of this MOD. So if you want that external links open in a new window/tab, primehalo's MOD can do this for you. I'm sure you will like this MOD.

Hi,

I'm using an older version of your Mod Prime Links - 1.0.4 for being exactly. Can I do an update to 1.2.0 without problems or do I have to change other files than includes/prime_links.php?

Best regards

You should do fine just copying over the updated file. I don't think there were any code changes.

Alright, I did the update. But when i call the memberlist.php,I get following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function prime_links() in /usr/export/www/vhosts/funnetwork/hosting/koenigstal/forum/includes/functions_display.php on line 1122
Line 1122 in includes/functions_display says:

Code: Select all

	prime_links();
I followed the MODX instructions, double- even triple-checked everything and had a look into the includes/prime_links.php. In this file, I saw the following at line 102:

Code: Select all

		function prime_links()
		{
		}
Is the missing function definition intended or is that the reason for my trouble?

That is the contstructor for the class. The prime_links() function is above that. The code in functions_display.php should be:

Code: Select all

//-- mod: Prime Links -------------------------------------------------------//
    if (!function_exists('prime_links'))
    {
        global $phpEx;
        include($phpbb_root_path . 'includes/prime_links.' . $phpEx);
    }
    prime_links();
//-- end: Prime Links -------------------------------------------------------//

I know. And it's the same code I've built in to the functions_display.php. As long as prime_links(); is commented out, everything is okay. Removing the comment results in the described error and imho, that's where's the rub. :roll:

It checks for the existence of the function before it calls the function. If the function does not exists, it includes the file that contains the function. So if you're getting that error message, then it's apparently not successfully including the file, and you should try putting some debug statements in there to find out why.

Hi,

Code: Select all

	define('EXTERNAL_LINK_TARGET', '_blank');

Yes, but if you install this MOD you should undo the changes from that tutorial.
