How could I add the function 'post count to create topic'

I mean, I want users to be able to reply to topic but they cant create one if they dont have 15 posts for example,

would be a nice feature to add

Yes... I requested this myself, too...

Nice mod.. works great!
I have one request, though...
Separate New topic from reply post.
In some cases you need people to are able to reply to a topic, but do not start a new topic.
Currently, the only way to restrict this is to use groups, but if the necessary permissions are granted via post count, then you must add members manually to a group before they can start a new topic.
Will you please consider this in a future version? It would be really great!
But unfortunatelly, the mod author must be busy now, because he hasn't visited here since June...
My mods in MODDB:
Add Homepage link in header - Change user activity post limit - Post number in viewtopic
If you need support click on the support tab there and post your question.
Do not PM me - chances of viewing my PMs are way thinner than viewing the support question in the customization DB...

This mod is somewhat useless still now because you can bypass the requirements via the search function.

You can prevent that by disabling search indexing for that forum.
