hi, thanks, the address didnt really help me.

do you get an error message if you rename the actual announcement_centre.html file to e.g. announcement_centre2.html?

There's a problem in index.php. I've solved it.

I am new to all this forum stuff I have installed the Mod but how do I get the module to show in ACP?
So I can start using and setting the annoucment box

I finally got the mod to show up in ACP but I can not get it to show the differnt message to Guests. Can some one help me

The sql in the update from 1.2.0 to 1.2.1, have the install.php file changed as well ?

Do you have a version of 1.2.0 laying around ?

you will need to show the announcement to groups before so you can post a different message to guests.

Thx so much. Is there a secure way to see if i have 1.2.0 or 1.2.0a installed, it says 1.2.0 in the acp module but im not sure thats way to see it.

it should tell you in the acp part of the mod which version it is you are using.

Thx. its says 1.2.0 no a behind it. But the latest update is no biggie. I can imagen the installer only changes the version number. I have to digg. Thx again.

if there is no a behind it, you dont have 1.2.0a but 1.2.0

the latest update changes the version of teh module files and the prosilver announcement_centre.hmtl.
