[RC] Simple-3D (Child) 3.3.8 (Simple-3D_blue)

Style description:
A simple light grey and white style in 3D with red.
* All forum and topic icons are Font Awesome icons
* The header image is completely responsive
* The wrapbackground changes its colour in hover to match the page background
* No-Ava is displayed in the style
* Special online/offline image is displayed everywhere in the profile
* The cookie hint is completely recoloured
* The statistics section is reformatted to match the style in one block
* Matching post icons are inserted in the contrib folder as well as header images and logos

Important: This style requires prosilver, the respective phpbb version, to be installed!

Style updated to 3.3.7

In the 3D_blue the site logo had been accidentally moved to the contrib folder. Error corrected - nobody had complained about this mistake :shock:
